As the kids go back to in person school and I slowly move back to my normal work from home schedule, I realize that a big part of me (and the kids) needs an extra boost of encouragement each day.

For most of us, the last 18 months were filled with uncertainty, loss, fear and anxiety. While we are hoping for things to get back the way they were used to be, it simply isn’t possible.
