4 Reasons I’m Going to WOW Summit 2016 & You Should Too

Last year, I was very fortunate to finally attend the #WowSummit even if it was all the way in San Diego.  What I meant to be a “business trip” turned out to be much more. If you haven’t read it yet, here’s my story about WOW Summit 2015.

Our friends from MomsMeet also have a quick video recap which I think you should watch to get a sneak peek of what its all about it.

Yes, I had so much fun at the event that I didn’t think twice of going this October 3 and 4 to National Harbor, Maryland (Just 8 minutes away from Washington, DC.) for the WOWSummit 2016.

What makes me super excited this year? Well, here you go…

1. The Moms.

Whether you are an introvert or an extrovert like me, one wouldn’t feel alone or left out at WOW Summit. The culture of the moms in this gathering is very warm and accommodating.

There are no “working”, “stay at home”, “work from home”, “helicopter”, “single” or whatever adjectives you could think of mothers here. The attendees are just “#Moms who want a healthier family.”  Is that you too?

2. The Sponsors.

One of the major differences of the WOW Summit among other Mom events is the the focus on healthy products. As a mom of children with multiple food allergies, asthma and eczema, I know first hand how difficult it is to find brands that are actually better for our family.

The sponsors and exhibitors of WOW Summit are carefully screened and also believe in the importance to healthier product options.

Solgar for instance, has been dedicated to enhancing the health of families everywhere since 1947. Their OHSO Chocolate Probiotics are a favorite in our home. I can’t wait what they have for us this year.

Our favorite allergy friendly brand Tasty Bite is also there. Yes, company has been making delicious Indian, Asian and Rice dishes for over 20 years. Majority of their products are also certified gluten free too.

3. The Seminars and Workshops.

If you think that the Wow Summit is meant for mom bloggers only, it’s definitely not. Yes, there were some seminars about blogging and writing, but there are plenty of other workshops which is applicable to everyone such as:

  • Healthy Living
  • Parenting Tips
  • Nutrition
  • Gluten Free Living
  • Toxic Free Living
  • Mindfulness
  • Fitness
  • Decluttering and more

4. The Goody Bag/s

Who doesn’t like freebies? I do! The people at the WOW Summit are one of the most generous I’ve seen. Oh yes, I’ve been in several Expos and Conventions as a blogger or a member of the press. The goody bag for each attendee has a value of over $100 already. That doesn’t even include the samples and free products we can get at the exhibitor area.

Are you are thinking if the entrance fee is worth it? Just the free products that you can sample and take home is way more than twice the value of the ticket. Consider the other three reasons I mentioned above as “excellent perks” that go with the super generous goody bags.
